This website is for individuals who have a dissociative disorder and also for their therapists. In our teaching around the world we have found a great hunger everywhere for reasonable, practical, and helpful skills and resources for dealing with trauma-related dissociation, particularly in the first phase of treatment involving stabilization. This need  prompted us to write our new treatment manual, Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation: Skills Training for Patients and Therapists. This manual, the first of its kind that specifically addresses the difficulties of living with chronic dissociation, can be used in a structured group format or in individual therapy.
